This "Jell-No" (brilliantly named by our pun-loving nutritionist, Melissa Flynn) a refreshing, antioxidant-rich detox snack that’s as delicious as it is nourishing. This gentle jelly treat combines acai, lemon, and our Daily Benefit® Fiber for extra digestive support and a natural flavor lift. Choose between grass-fed gelatin or plant-based agar powder for your preferred texture. Optional berries add a colorful, fiber-rich touch—because who said detox can’t be a little fun?
Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

1 cup filtered water

1 tablespoon Acai Powder

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 teaspoons Daily Benefit® Fiber (adds subtle flavor and supports digestion)

1 teaspoon grass-fed gelatin
or
½ teaspoon agar powder (for plant-based option)
Instructions

Dissolve & heat

For gelatin: Sprinkle gelatin over filtered water and let bloom for 5 minutes. Then gently heat until fully dissolved (do not boil).

For agar powder: Stir agar powder into filtered water and bring to a gentle boil. Simmer 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly until dissolved.

Cool slightly
Let the mixture cool for 1–2 minutes to protect delicate nutrients. -
Mix in nutrients
Whisk in acai powder, lemon juice, and Daily Benefit® Fiber. The fiber blends smoothly and adds a slightly nutty depth of flavor. -
Pour & set
Pour into silicone molds, ramekins, or a shallow dish. Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours or until fully set.
