This is our way of showing our appreciation! You’ll earn points for completing activities such as making purchases, referring friends, and leaving reviews for products. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.

Earn points when you complete activities: 

Create an Account: 500 points
No purchases needed! It's $5 for you! 

Refer a Friend: 1500 points 
Give a friend $15 off their first purchase if they spend over $100 and you earn 1,500 points *

Make a Purchase 
Get 5 points for every $1 you spend on supplements in our store

Leave a Review: 200 points
We want to thank you for sharing your input on supplements you have purchased. One account can write up to 5 reviews per month.

Celebrate a Birthday: 1,000 points
Happy birthday! You will receive 1,000 points as our gift to you! Celebrate accordingly!

100 points = $1     1,000 points = $10     10,000 points = $100      50,000 points = $500
*Note: Points will be awarded to the referrer only if the new customer's first order is equal to or more that $100 without shipping. This referral code can be used by new customers only!

How to Create an Account? 

Step 1: Any page on our website, you can see the "REWARDS" button located on the bottom left corner. Click it. 


Step 2: Click "Join Now" 

Step 3: Follow the instruction to create your Loyalty Program account

Step 4: Once your account is created, click the "REWARDS" button  again, and you will see your current point is 0. Now click "Earn Points"  

Step 5: Click "Sign Up" to verify your account


Step 6: Check your email box, look for an email titled "Activated Your Account," and then verify. 

Step 7: The verify button will take you back to the website. Click the "REWARDS" button  , and you will see 500 points in your account balance. That means you're successfully signed up and can start using your points! 

How to use points 

Step 1: Click your "REWARDS" button , on the Menu, click "Get rewards" 

Step 2: Click the "Redeem" button. 

Step 3: Select the discount amount you would like to redeem and click REDEEM

Step 4: The discount is ready, just click "Apply" to general the code, and the discount will be automatically applied to your purchase. 

***Please note: The discount code can't be used for subscription items.  


How do I view my point balance?

Click the "REWARDS" button,  sign in, and you should be able to see your points 


What if I create my reward account after making the purchase? 

No worries! All the past purchase you made and the points you earned are associated with your email. Just simply create a rewards account (another 500 points!), and then you will be able to see the points you have in total. 

Can I use more than one discount code for one order? 

No... One order only accepts one discount code. However, you're welcome to use a discount code for each single order as long as you have enough points. 

What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

  • Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
  • Pending: These points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals
  • Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)

What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?

Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

Why did my account balance go down?

You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.

I completed an activity but didn't earn points!

It generally take a few days for us to process your activity and provide your points. Please check back again and let us know if there is an issue. 

Can I use my points during checkout?

Not directly - please redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.

How do I leave the program?

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued. Call the Morrison Center staff at 212-989-9828 extension 4 or email us at Orders@MorrisonHealth.com

What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
