Melatonin, known as the "sleep hormone," is a hormone produced in the pineal gland and plays an important role in our sleep/wake cycle.*

Functions of melatonin include:

Net Quantity: 2 fl oz(60 ml); approximately 84 servings

Melatonin Dysregulation

With age and exposure to blue light (computer screens, phone screens, televisions, etc.), melatonin levels can decline, negatively impacting sleep and our ability to handle stress.*

Directions: Shake. Spray once or more under tongue, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. For best results, hold in mouth for 20 seconds before swallowing.
