Ingredients [servings: 4]

• 3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, halved
• 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
• 2 teaspoons cilantro
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• Juice from 1 lemon


    1. Preheat oven to 375º F
    2. Combine the extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, coconut aminos, cilantro and garlic powder. Mix well.
    3. Place chicken in an ungreased 7×11-inch baking dish. Pour the cilantro mixture over the chicken. 
    4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
    5. Baste juices over the chicken. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
